Fun Fact: Alphonso mango got it’s name from a Portuguese general & military expert “Alphonse de Albuquerque”. In 2006 George. W. Bush tried an Alphonso Mango during his first visit to Inida. After having it, he said to the then prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh that it was “a hell of a fruit’, the best he ever tasted.

Mangoes are low in calories but full of nutrients. Mango consumption may help in improving vision and minimize the risk of cataract. Mangoes may also help in keeping the skin healthy and protects against breast, colon, leukemia and prostate cancer.

Storage Instructions:

-Store mangoes in the box until they are ripe.
-For ripeness level, please refer to ripening stages image.
-For best experience, consume the fruit when fully ripe and has a familiar fruity mango aroma.
-Consume fully ripe mangoes within 2 days.
